WPC Pelletizing Machine Capable for extruding PVC pipe, PVC/Wood-plastic profile, decorative board, as well as PVC pelletizing SJSZ series conical twin screw extruder is one kind of special equipment for all kinds of PVC powder, PVC wood plastic extruding and forming. It is equipped with different moulds and auxiliary machines, which can produce PVC pipes, profiles, decorative boards, and pellets with various specifications. The barrel and screw adopts cast-aluminum heating rings and air-cooling system. It has the characteristics of quick and even heat transfer, convenient operation and maintenance, etc. The core part of screw adopts auto circular water cooling system in order to raise efficiency. According to customer's material formulation, we choose the screw with most reasonable structure,with the aim of reaching the best plastication status, as well as good material floating quality. The reduction box and distribution case adopt imported bearings and oil seals. Gearwheel is made of 38CrMoALA, with nitriding treatment. Temperature control system adopts imported temperature gauge and contactor, with the controlling precision reaching 1 centi degree. Driving motor adopts AC or DC motor, with motor speed controlled separately by imported inverter, or British EUROTHERM 590 speed govenor. Electric system is equipped with error alarming device, as well as current overload protector.
